We had a wonderful time enjoying the heated pool and relaxing at the cozy bar area after a long day. The sun loungers by the pool were perfect for soaking up the sun, making our stay even better. One small thing was the air conditioning in our room was a bit tricky to control, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

Good spot for families with kids
The staff really went above and beyond, especially when they'd bring extra towels for my son after he got out of the pool. And the breakfast spread kept the kid happy, plenty of options for him to fuel up before we hit the road.
Wasn't exactly cheap but it was acceptable.

average stay with great views
The views from the fourth floor were impressive, providing a nice overview of the city. I appreciated the extra bathroom amenities like the shaving kit and sweets upon arrival.
The breakfast scrambled eggs had an unusual texture.

This was just an optimal selection for strolling around in Granada with attractive and competitive value for money. I appreciated how they provided me with complimentary bottled water after a bit of confusion about the tap water. Consider bringing snacks if you're particular about breakfast options.

We loved the spacious room and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to visit the beautiful old town and nearby restaurants.
My kids wished there were more activities for children, maybe a dedicated play area would help.

The stay was primarily for attending a conference, and I appreciated the range of conference rooms available. The staff was pleasant, and I had a comfortable room, though it showed its age. The location was convenient, a short drive to local attractions which was easy to access. However, the dining options left something to be desired, particularly the breakfast, which was quite lackluster.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Although my stay was slightly marred by unhelpful staff, I appreciated the spacious room and stylish bathroom. Don't miss the delightful café nearby with friendly locals ready to share their favorite spots in Granada. Consider visiting for breakfast before rushing to attractions.

Friendly staff and great location
I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and was really impressed by the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location is fantastic, just 30 minutes away from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, making it perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. The breakfast included a lovely variety, and I especially appreciated the gluten-free options available. However, I think the hotel could benefit from an update, as some areas felt a bit dated.

The friendly and accommodating staff created a warm welcome upon arrival, which really stood out during my stay. The convenience of being close to tram and bus stops made exploring local attractions easy. However, the rooms displayed signs of wear and tear, lacking adequate climate control, and the breakfast selection was quite basic, reminiscent of typical hotel fare. An upgrade to the facilities would significantly enhance the experience.
